PolyAl is a material made entirely from recycled beverage carton waste. Designed as a sustainable alternative for construction applications, it is both 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. With our extrusion process we transform waste into innovative, high-performing materials, reducing environmental impact while promoting a circular economy.
This new material is made out of recycled plastic pellets whose polymer matrix is polyethylene with an additional load of aluminum from polylaminated packaging waste.

WHERE THERE WAS WASTE.
Spain is the fifth-largest producer of beverage carton waste, generating approximately 150,000 tons per year. With our experience in drywall materials for construction, at Alier we are expanding our processes by recycling and repurposing the different components of these cartons, adding value and giving place to a better and more sustainable way of building.
