Two Centuries of Purpose & Evolution.

Alier is a brand with almost 200 years of history. Our industrial journey began in 1832 with textile manufacturing, and in 1886 we expanded into the world of papermaking in Rosselló, Lleida.

By 1946, our pioneering spirit led us to embrace an ambitious vision — producing 100% recycled paper, long before sustainability became a global goal. Today, we’ve taken that vision even further by giving new life to complex materials such as beverage cartons, laminated papers, and other hard-to-recycle fibers.

Now, Alier stands as a market leader in paper for gypsum boards, driven by a constant search for new opportunities to apply our creativity, innovation, and passion for sustainability.
