We have implemented internal policies on equality, well-being, and non-discrimination, fostering an inclusive workplace that respects human rights. Our human resources strategy is aimed at improving internal diversity and ensuring safe, fair, and motivating working conditions.

We prioritize hiring and purchasing from local suppliers, strengthening the local economy and generating a positive socio-economic impact in the community where we operate.

TRAINNING & EDUCATIONAL
PARTNERSHIPS

8,194 hours of internal training in 2024.

Our commitment to talent development is translated into 8,194 hours of internal training in 2024, with an average of 31.6 hours per employee and an investment equivalent to 1.7% of the total payroll.

We mantain partnerships with universities (UPC, UdL, UdG, URV, IQS, UNIR and VIU), offering full scholarships, internships, and training contracts that have facilitated the job placement of numerous students. We also host vocational training students in areas such as logistics or international trade and we are planning to open a specialized school for female plasterboard installers to promote their inclusion in the construction sector.

We maintain a strong connection with our surroundings by supporting educational, cultural, and sports initiatives that directly benefit the local community. We participate in educational projects with local institutions, fostering practical training and knowledge in sustainability-related topics.
