ETHICAL CHANNEL

The content of the complaint will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, in accordance with current regulations and with the following Privacy Policy:

The information provided by the informant will be processed for the sole purpose of investigating or managing the query or complaint made through the Ethical Channel.

The legal basis for processing this data is compliance with a legal obligation.

The data provided through the Ethical Channel must be kept for a period of three (3) months from the formulation of the complaint, unless it is necessary to keep them due to the opening of an administrative and/or judicial procedure. The personal data contained in the registry of information received and internal investigations will be kept for the necessary and proportionate period in order to comply with the legislation and, in no case, for a period greater than ten (10) years.
