ALIER, S.A. has received funding for the project entitled “Modification of the recycled paper production line to obtain semi-extensible paper” with file number RCI-040000-2020-142, through the Program for Reindustrialization and Promotion of Industrial Competitiveness in the year 2020 of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
ALIER, S.A. has received funding for the project entitled “SEMI EXTENSIBLE PAPERS OF DIFFERENT WEIGHTS FROM RECYCLED PAPER” with file number IDI-20210201 co-financed by the Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) and co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The objective of this project has been to develop a new range of semi-extensible papers produced with 100% recycled paper, mainly intended for the manufacture of semi-extensible sacks. The execution period of the project has been from 07/23/2020 to 01/22/2022 and has had an associated budget of €361,588.00. The place where the project was carried out was Catalonia.

ALIER, S.A. has received a grant of €94,284 for the project “SYNTHESIS OF NANOCELLULOSE FROM LIGNOCELLULOSIC WASTE OF THE PAPER INDUSTRY” with file number ACE011/20/000013 within the NUCLIS call for R&D projects in Circular Economy (EMC/1767/2020) from ACCIÓ and ARC. The objective of this project has been to investigate a process for obtaining nanocellulose from primary sludge in the paper industry. The project execution period was from 01/10/2020 to 28/09/2023, with an associated budget of €308,399.
ALIER, S.A. has received a grant of €57,159.09 for the project “IMPROVEMENT OF THE PAPER RECYCLING PRODUCTION PROCESS THROUGH PULP REFINING WITH ENZYMES” for projects in the waste sector from the ARC (ARC035/2021). The main objective of this project is to research a new process of paper pulp fibrillation using enzymes during the refining stage, replacing the mechanical process. The execution period is from 01/03/2021 to 19/11/2024 and has an associated budget of €114,318.17.
