Closing the Loop: How PolyAl Works

Every year, thousands of tons of multilayer packaging (such as juice boxes and milk cartons) are discarded. These cartons are made of three components:

→ Paper fibres (used for new recycled paper)

→ Polyethylene and aluminium (known together as PolyAl)

At Alier, we recover, process, and transform this PolyAl through a system that requires no chemical additives and maintains the integrity of the materials.

The result? A 100% recycled and recyclable composite that’s strong, waterproof, lightweight, and highly versatile.
