• Manage the participation in personnel selection processes of those candidates who submit their applications through the channels provided by Alier for this purpose. Both in active and future selection processes that can be adapted to your professional profile.
• Enable transport planning through the channel arranged by Alier.
• Carry out the commercial, administrative, tax and accounting procedures that are necessary to enable the commercial relationship with clients and/or suppliers.
• Processing intended to comply with legally established accounting, tax and/or commercial obligations.
• Enable the sending of communications regarding Alier’s products and/or services.
• Respond to and, in any case, study the complaints received through the company’s “Ethical Channel” and/or the Equality and Harassment Prevention Complaint Form.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?
• Respond to queries and/or requests for information transmitted by users through the website. The consent expressed with you, at the time of making your request (Art. 6.1.a. RGPD).
• Manage the participation in personnel selection processes of those candidates who submit their applications through the channels provided by Alier for this purpose. Both in active and future selection processes that can be adapted to your professional profile. The treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b. RGPD).
• Enable transport planning through the channel arranged by Alier. Enable the execution of the contracted services (Art. 6.1.b. RGPD).
• Enable the business relationship with customers and/or suppliers. Enable the execution of the contracted services or the fulfillment of the obligations related to the products offered (Art. 6.1.b. RGPD).
• Processing intended to comply with legally established accounting, tax and/or commercial obligations. The treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the controller (Art. 6.1.c RGPD).
• Enable the sending of communications regarding Alier’s products and/or services. Legitimate interest of direct marketing regarding clients and consent for potential clients (Art. 21 LSSI).
• Respond to and in any case study the complaints received through the company’s “Ethics Channel” and/or the Equality and Harassment Prevention Complaint Form. Comply with the law and with the regulations contained in the Criminal Code of criminal liability of legal persons (Art. 6.1.c RGPD).
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
The communication of the data provided is only foreseen, through this website or during the provision of services, in the event that it is essential to comply with the purposes indicated for each specific treatment or a law establishes it.
FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
In general, the data provided will be kept:
• Queries and/or requests for information. The time needed to process your requests.
• Staff pick. In case you have not been selected, two years for future selection processes.
• Enable transport planning through the channel arranged by Alier.
Carry out the commercial, administrative, fiscal, and accounting procedures that are necessary to enable the commercial relationship with clients and/or suppliers.
Treatments intended to comply with legally established accounting, tax and/or commercial obligations. For all of them, the legally established deadlines.
• Sending communications regarding Alier’s products and/or services. Until the information has ceased to be useful for the intended purpose or withdraw the consent granted.
• Respond to and in any case study the complaints received through the company’s “Ethics Channel” and/or the Equality and Harassment Prevention Complaint Form. The data provided will be kept for the time necessary to investigate and resolve the complaint and until the prescription or completion of the legal actions that may arise. In any other case, the data will be deleted after one year from receipt.
In any case, they will be deleted when you request it and their deletion is possible.
WHERE DO WE GET YOUR DATA?
The data that we are going to process are those that you can provide us with throughout our relationship.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?
As long as Alier processes your personal data, you have the right to request:
Access.- The interested party shall have the right to obtain, from Alier, confirmation of whether or not the data that concerns them is being processed, as well as detailed information about certain aspects of the processing that is being carried out.
Rectification.- The interested party will have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data that concerns him or to complete those that were incomplete.
Deletion.- The interested party will have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, in any case the deletion will be subject to the limits established in the regulatory norm.
Limitation of their treatment.- The interested party will have the right to request the limitation regarding the treatment of their personal data
Opposition to processing.- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. Alier will stop processing the data, except for legitimate, compelling reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Right to the portability of your data.- That is, you will have the right to receive the personal data that concern you, that you have provided to a data controller, in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit them to another data controller. .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DATA?
The refusal to provide the data indicated as mandatory, could mean the impossibility of accessing the service or responding to your requests.
International transfers.
The international transfer of the processed data is not foreseen.
Guardianship of the control authorities.
