WHAT MAKES IT THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR YOUR SACKS?
Our paper has shown that once converted into sacks they perform optimally in 85gsm weights up to 35kg, in 70gsm weights up to 25kg, and soon you will be able to count on 70gsm weights up to 35kg. In addition, they have a positive elongation (stretch) greater than any other paper on the market, one of the properties that distinguishes our semi-extensible paper from standard paper and which will play a very important role during its use.
On the other hand, the values of the Mullen Index (Resistance to Bursting), which indicate the mechanical resistance of our paper, have confirmed that Alier's paper made from 100% recycled fiber has a high resistance to tearing, since that the values that our paper offers you are in the same range as the papers produced from virgin fiber. Our paper has a great behavior against water absorption, stress and handling.

THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND YOUR COMFORT COME FIRST
Our orientation in terms of ensuring our quality begins from the obtaining of our raw materials, passing through our department and its rigorous quality tests, until the paper reaches your hands. We certify our semi-extensible paper for sacks through 2 ways: internal and external tests.
TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT OUR LABORATORY
Our laboratory has the most modern equipment in the sector, our facilities are equipped following UNE standards. In addition to being periodically calibrated by external companies, various internal periodical verifications are carried out. This allows us to be fully qualified to carry out internal tests, in which more than 50 parameters are analyzed in each of the coils produced.
Our tests follow the relevant international standards that apply to them, so that their reproducibility can be verified. In addition, we also carry out inter-laboratory tests twice a year in cooperation with CEPI. Alier's results are recorded and stored for full traceability of the paper produced.
As a result of our quality and innovation efforts, we have all the quality and raw material certifications such as FSC, PEFC and ISEGA, which support us in our mission.
OUR ROLE AS EXPERTS - EXTERNAL TESTING
Once the bags are produced by our clients, we analyze the behavior of the bag once it is full of material. We have experience executing different tests with bags corresponding to both their conversion and their filling and palletizing, as well as bag drop tests (Drop-Test), which did not present significant differences compared to those produced with virgin fiber.
