Alier and the Association of Industrial Engineers of Catalonia promote talent through the etalent alliance
Following our Sustainability Master Plan and its labor and social trajectory, we have entered into an agreement with the College of Industrial Engineers of Catalonia to collaborate and support talent. This collaboration framework will enable us to embark on joint projects and initiatives aimed at achieving mutual benefits through the eTalent alliance, which focuses on managing and connecting engineering-related talent. It has been a pleasure to finalize this alliance with Pere Homs Ferret, General Director of the college, and Cristina Moliner, Director of Talent and Culture – Human Resources at Alier.
“This initial agreement will provide us with new perspectives and opportunities to promote talent within our organization. Through our collaboration, we will have access to new tools and resources that will allow us to further enhance the professional development of our teams and access highly skilled professionals. This opportunity represents a pathway for us to continue growing, learning, and innovating together,” stated our director.
The companies affiliated with the eTalent alliance commit to ensuring that their professionals are members of the Industrial Engineers of Catalonia community, enabling them to be part of the most powerful and well-connected engineering collective in the country. We support the development of STEM vocations in society to foster the growth of technical, scientific, and technological knowledge. Additionally, we provide ongoing training within our own organizations through training programs and career development plans.
We also commit to establishing salaries that adhere to professional agreements and to promoting talent, enabling our internal professionals to access positions of greater responsibility ahead of new hires, while promoting gender diversity wherever possible.
At Alier, we place significant emphasis on training across all areas of our company, from specific technical skills to the soft skills of our strategic employees. We also strongly believe in supporting young talent. This continuous investment in our team’s professional development is crucial to maintaining our competitiveness, fostering innovation, and adapting to evolving market demands.
We understand that only when we operate with a triple impact—considering social, governance, and environmental areas—can we advance and grow as a business team. We are excited about this alliance and eager to work together to foster the talent of young engineers and future industry leaders. They work with purpose and a mission to make society a fairer place, respectful of the environment, and socially responsible.
With an industrial vision aligned with ESG criteria, like ours, we know that only together can we build a better future.
